His mandate spans technology leadership and group operations: SEC Ghana Fund Manager licensing strategy, group entity architecture, the Impact Fund for Africa VCC structure, and the operating and technology infrastructure underpinning ACP’s fundraising and deal execution. Co-founder of Swoove, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and later Chief Growth Officer, helping the company raise over $1 million in seed funding and expand its Swoove360 logistics platform into five African countries and the United States. He led the digital infrastructure build for THRYLL, a ticketing platform serving over 1,000 events and processing more than 5 million tickets, and drove the launch of MojoShop under Mojo Payments Ltd. Selected for the Techstars 2024 Global Accelerator Program, and recognised by MTN, the World Bank and ABSA Bank for innovation in technology and logistics. Qualified Data Protection Supervisor under Ghana’s Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).

Over 15 years designing and scaling the systems, partnerships and funding mechanisms that help entrepreneurs and ventures grow across Africa, spanning capital markets, SME finance, venture building and ecosystem development. Investment Lead at The Innovation Village in Kampala, leading initiatives valued at over USD 4 million and managing startup sourcing, due diligence and investment readiness across seven institutional partners including WFP, Mastercard Foundation and UNCDF. She designed and launched InsureX, Uganda’s first insurtech accelerator and regulatory sandbox. Previously Investment Lead at Adanian Labs, Senior Investment Manager at Balloon Ventures, and Senior Operations Associate at Suntra Investment Bank and Dyer and Blair Investment Bank. BBA in Accounting and Finance from Kenya Methodist University. She has helped mobilise over USD 7 million in grant, venture capital and SME financing.
